Anne Steer, Chief Strategy Officer, Chairperson of the TrustFort Advisory Board

Anne is a senior executive in client management and business development with extensive expertise in developing and executing growth strategies. Currently Anne is Chief Strategy Officer and Head of the TrustFort Advisory Board. Prior to the sale of the firm in May 2012, Anne was Managing Director at Dwight Asset Management with responsibility for sales, client management , marketing and products. Before joining Dwight, Anne was the Executive Vice President, Head of Relationship Management for National Financial, a Fidelity Investments company. Anne spent 16 years at State Street Corporation in a variety of management and business development roles in capital markets, global relationship management and institutional outsourcing. After graduating from Business school, Anne worked at the Continental Group and she worked at The Metropolitan Museum of Modern Art between college and Business school.

Anne earned her B.A. from Mount Holyoke with a major in American History and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago. She is on the Board of Overseers and the Charitable Foundation Board of Newton Wellesley Hospital and she is a board member of Women of Means. Anne is an avid runner, cyclist and skier and has recently participated in several marathons. Anne lives in Massachusetts with her husband and son.

Norman R. Malo

Norman R Malo joins TrustFort's Advisory Board with a wealth of solid experience in the Financial Services space. With over 30 years of management responsibility, Norm has enhanced the TrustFort team with his vast and broadly-guaged successes in his many roles. He served as President and CEO at National Financial Services, ( a Fidelity Investments Company). At Lehman Brothers NYC, Norm's role was that of Managing Director and Head of Operations, and while with American Express, also based in NYC, he served as Director of Corporate Services. With roles ranging from First Vice President, to Executive Vice President to President, Norm's career had developed steadily and encompasses strong leadership skills as measured in improved profits, increased employee productivity, customer satisfaction and strengthened corporate image. This senior executive has displayed an unerring ability to help organizations anticipate, adapt to and profit from change, especially high growth corporations facing major re-structuring, including turn-arounds and down-sizings.
